
Co-founder of Telefest and veteran of film and television for over 30 years, Tammy Lauren’s work has encompassed all genres. Having worked with industry notables like Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, John Travolta, Tim Allen and Wanda Sykes, her work is highly respected by her colleagues and known by audiences worldwide.
Tammy landed her first role at the age of 9 starring in the television show, Who’s Watching the Kids for famed producer Gary Marshall alongside Jim Belushi and Scott Baio. Since then, Tammy has starred in several TV series including the critically acclaimed Homefront as well as popular shows like Martial Law, Walker Texas Ranger, Home Improvement, Dave’s World, Wanda at Large, The Drew Carey Show and The Young and the Restless. Tammy has also starred in several television films as well as numerous guest appearances.
In film, Tammy has starred in The Last Flight of Noah’s Ark with Rick Schroder, Honeymoon with Tom Cavanugh, Chains of Gold with John Travolta, Radioland Murders for producer George Lucas, Mad City with Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta for director Costas Gavras and as the heroine in the cult horror film, Wes Craven’s Wishmaster.
Tammy is a black belt in Shotokan Karate and is married to actor Guri Weinberg. Tammy has supported the non-profit organization Children of the Night for many years and looks forward to audience reaction to her current venture for independent television, Telefest.
